Refurbished by the current owners, this cottage near Mold boasts four bedrooms, two of which offer zip/link beds providing flexible sleeping arrangements. A family bathroom on the first floor is complemented by an en-suite shower room, attached to the ground floor super king-size double bedroom. The large modern kitchen features a limestone tiled floor, original beams, and a range cooker, perfect for creating delicious meals which can be enjoyed around the dining table. A separate sitting room has feature stone window frames and a superb, corner woodburning stove, ideal for those chilly Welsh evenings. Outside this North Wales cottage is a patio and lawned garden, as well as access to three acres of grounds. The village of Nannerch is home to a welcoming 18th century pub serving good food, and the nearby towns of Mold and Caerwys provide a wide selection of shops, cafés and pubs, as well as weekly markets. The Clwydian Hills are right on your doorstep, with magnificent walking and mountain biking opportunities but, if the outdoor life is not for you, the popular Roman city of Chester is just a short drive away. Explore the North Wales coast with its superb selection of beaches, resorts and historical castles, all waiting to be discovered! Nannerch is a small village situated between Mold and Caerwys on the edge of the Clwydian Hills. The village is home to a popular local pub which serves good food. Caerwys is one of the smallest towns in Great Britain.
