This attractive annexe is attached to the owner's home and is conveniently situated in a rural setting, with fantastic views, on the outskirts of Llangynog village, which rests at the foot of the Milltir Cerrig mountain pass, in the heart of the Berwyn Mountains in Powys. This lovely cottage is about half a mile from the Llangynog mountain biking centre and the village centre itself which has two village pubs to choose from. Bryn Coed Bach is perfect for a couple or two friends who enjoy mountain biking, walking in the beautiful Berwyn Mountains or birdwatching. This delightful cottage provides welcoming open-plan living accommodation providing for all your needs and a spacious bedroom boasts a super king-size bed which is zip/link offering flexible sleeping arrangements, patio doors to an outdoor seating area and stunning countryside views and an en-suite walk in wet room, making it ideal if you struggle a little with mobility. At the end of an exciting day, either dine alfresco on the rear patio, taking in the wonderful views or enjoy a drink and meal in either of the village pubs. The cottage is in a superb location for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and climbers, with an excellent mountain bike facility close by and the Rhaeadr Waterfall is also close by, it is the highest single drop waterfall in the UK and well worth a visit. Lake Vyrnwy is only a 30 minute drive from the property and has a canoe and kayak center. Llangollen with its steam railway and stunning canal, Oswestry and the medieval market town of Shrewsbury are all within easy reach. A trip to Bala or further afield to the city of Chester can easily be enjoyed from this lovely cottage or Barmouth on the west coast of Snowdonia. Bryn Coed Bach is a lovely cosy cottage in a great location for a relaxing break at any time of the year.

The village of Llangynog is set in amongst the Berwyn Mountains and offers two pubs. The area is ideal for climbing, birdwatching, walking and cycling, plus there is a mountain bike centre at Llandegla. There are many other attractions and places to visit nearby. These include Bala, Lake Vyrnwy and the Llanrhaeadr Waterfall.
