As you step inside past the feature exposed brick wall you will be greeted by a snug sitting room, with part of the room being two steps up, this makes a marvellously sociable area, as well as offering you the opportunity to escape from the excitement to your own homely corner. The ground-floor also benefits from a charming double bedroom, with its own en-suite shower room and balcony overlooking the gardens, this room is a true delight. Walking down the stone spiral staircase to lower-ground-floor will bring you to the dining room, hosting ample seating for all the group with the adjacent kitchen, this room is sure to care for all of your self-catering needs. The sleek white kitchen is a spacious spot, with plenty of room for the chef of the group to get some assistance from little helpers while the rest of the party assist with a glass of wine in hand at the table. Further along from the kitchen is a snug area, where you can retreat with your partner for some quality time, as well as doubling up as a great hideaway for the little ones to watch all of their favourite films. You will also find a further resting spot on the lower-ground-floor, hosting a double room with a woodburning stove, this room is perfect for chilly winter evenings, as well as being opposite its own gleaming bathroom. Heading back up the stairs and to the first-floor brings you to two more bedrooms compromising of two doubles and serviced by another bathroom, this area is perfect for a family to stay close together while catching up on their rest. The final room is positioned on the second-floor; a glorious king-size with sloping eaves and skylights, this room definitely offers the best views in the dwelling. To the back of the property you can find an enclosed multi-level garden, with a picnic bench and lots of space, it makes a great spot for alfresco dining in the summer months. Although the local area is remote and tranquil, slightly further afield you can find the town of Llandrindod Wells offering you a scatter of shops and eateries, two captivating museums, and various outdoor activities, offering something for everyone. The charming village of Knighton is in reach too, settled on the English/Welsh border and with the Offa’s Dyke path running through it, makes a great base for walking and nature spotting, with the Shropshire Hills being accessible from here too. Knighton can be found nestled on the banks of the River Teme on the English/Welsh border. With Offa's Dyke path passing through the town, it presents ample opportunities for walking, horse riding and cycling. Within the town you can find a wide selection of shops and eateries, as well as a glorious castle and a tourist information centre. Within close reach is Llandrindod Wells, hosting even more attractions, as well as the Shropshire Hills being accessible too.
