Brecon

Beacons upside down cottage in Crickhowell, sleeps 2 - pet free.

  • This lovingly

renovated, over 200 year old mill has been converted into a well-equipped upside

down cottage for holidays. Set on a quiet lane and with breathtaking views

across the Glanusk Estate and Valley, the beautiful market town of

Crickhowell tumbles down the hill away from the cottage.

  • The

cottage is well equipped with a spacious lounge area on each floor. Choose a novel from the extensive library

and sink back into one of the large comfortable sofas.

  • Patio

doors open from the bedroom on the ground floor out onto the pretty flower-edged

terrace giving views of the valley and the sound of the mill stream

    below.

  • An open

plan staircase (unsuitable for toddlers and very young children) leads to

the first floor where there is a second lounge and well-equipped

kitchen/diner. Every window offers views through wooded glades to

    the pretty valley.

  • The ancient

mill served Crickhowell with grain and later electricity via a watermill which
