Staff welcoming and helpful in solving many challenges. Views wonderful. Directions to site fine, at site poor. Took some time to find accommodation then access awful and impossible in our car up steep slope. No guidance notes for accommodation. Gas off so had to find to turn on, several lights flickered or turned off as on movement sensors, toaster had to be used on floor to access plug and handle needed holding down to work, TV not connected and could not find power lead. Limited cooking equipment e.g. no sharp knife and some crockery and cutlery not clean. No evidence of Welcome Pack. Could not light gas oven without help. Water went off on first night without warning. Pillows thin. The one nearby shower turned out to be serving the camp site with over 100 campers on our first night. No light so could not see without a torch.Wifi variable especially on first two days.Farm site can be described as happy chaos, animals everywhere with even a cow leaning against the carriage one morning, dog poo and old bones around accommodation. Lots of discarded old farm equipment and boats scattered across the site.
