Located on a family sheep farm, this light, stylish and attractive wooden cabin is close to the quiet rural village of Lower Chapel, near Pwllgloyw (2.5 miles) where you will find a good pub. Also nearby is Cradoc Golf Club (5 miles) where you can enjoy a drink and a meal in the friendly clubhouse. Exploring this breathtaking area further, the thriving market town of Brecon (6 miles) is famous for its historic cathedral, 1930s style cinema, beautiful canal walks and a range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. There are miles of spellbinding walks and cycle trails to follow, with activities including canoeing, climbing and horse riding.

Other local attractions include Llangorse Lake (12.5 miles), Pen y Fan (12 miles) and Pen y Crug (7 miles). Reached via a small set of steps, enter into this inviting, bright and airy wooden cabin you will find yourself in the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom. The delightful lounge area is a lovely space to relax in, with a comfortable sofa, TV and DVD perfect for spending the evening with a movie or a good book. The sofa serves as a double sofa bed to accommodate two extra guests. There s also a dining area by the window, and the small but well equipped kitchen has a number of appliances including a two ring electric hob, oven, combi microwave oven, fridge and toaster.

The main double bed can be found at the back of the room. The lodge also has a stylish shower room with a WC. French doors lead you back out onto the wooden balcony which has garden furniture so you can sit back at the end of the day with a glass of wine and share a favourite meal alfresco. To the side of the cabin is a private covered hot tub for you to unwind in. Ample parking is available for two cars, and the owner s house is approx 250 yards away. Need to know: 1 double bed (plus a double sofa bed).
