"Perfect!! I would love to come and stay again. I will recommend this accommodation to all my family and friends. I would like to make my score "11 out of ten" as we had a wonderful break and there is nothing that could be improved upon."
    David
"The house was very clean and tidy. Absolutely everything required for self-catering was provided and much more besides. There was a vase of flowers and a welcome pack which included some Welsh cakes and other items such at tea, coffee, chocolate, milk and even a bottle of Merlot. The dedicated parking space was very convenient. The location was very pleasant and the town and its castle were quite interesting. In short, it was a lovely holiday in a lovely place."

"Well-appointed accommodation / high level of comfort / stunning location / easy access to local countryside, amenities and activities - this property has it all! We thoroughly enjoyed our first holiday in Pembrokeshire and how nice it was to return each day to such a relaxing property - can't recommend it highly enough."

"Small but pleasant cottage. All amenities provided and everything you would need has been provided. A proper balcony would have been the icing on the cake but there simply isn't the space. Parking is a bit tight, glad we didn't take our 4-track!Welcome pack much appreciated."

"Fantastic property, everything you could ask for and more! Location is perfect for a relaxing break or ideal if you want to explore Pembrokeshire."
    Nicola
"Amazing place to stay ! The house it's self was perfect for myself, my husband and two children aged 3 and 7. The house had everything - and by everything I mean anything you would need to 'live' there for a week - right down to food bags for our picnics ! It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view of Pembroke castle from the sofa was amazing ! The high street was a very short walk up the hill with a great fish and chip shop, coop and lovely cafes and shops to have a look around. Tenby was a half hour if you took it easy and barafundle bay was only ten minutes drive and well worth the 15 min walk from the car park. Folly farm is great for kids with a fantastic array of zoo and farm animals and the most amazing indoor fairground. Needless to say we had the most amazing week and having this property to go back to and relax in at the end of busy days just made it all the better 😃"

"Fantastic apartment had everything you need for a good holidayWould definitely stay there againThe best holiday location ever with the view of the castle would highly recommend"

"Ty Ar Y Cei was a most welcoming holiday home. The welcome pack was exceptionally generous and the flowers both unexpected and charming. The house was spotless and clear instructions with regard to the appliances and refuse disposal etc. were so helpful. The passers by along the path next to the mill pond, in addition to the swan family and the ducklings, provided entertainment even when we "at home". The castle opposite and the short walk to the High Street were added attractions. We are an couple in our seventies and found this cottage ideal. Indeed, it would suit visitors of any age."
    Bev
"The house had a super location for both walkers and public transport users. The house was spotless and well equipped. When we arrived there were flowers and a very nice welcome pack to greet us. The home had a super view of the castle which is also worth a visit. Would definitely stay again."
    Julie
"Excellent house, location and area. Thanks for a great stay"
    Mike
"From the moment we first arrived, we were impressed by the level of thought that had been given to our comfort, down to the smallest detail."
    Sarah
"The house was lovely. Clean, tidy and to a high spec. The little extras like milk in the fridge on arrival and a bottle of wine were above our expectations. Would definitely recommend it."
    Colin
"A fantastic location and briliant accommodation Will defiantly use again"
    Susan
"Very well equipped cottage, clean and beautifully decorated. Instructions for all appliances and recycling clear and concise. Heating very efficient especially when Storm Imogen was raging outside."
    Patricia
"Warm, clean, perfect location; the owners had thought of everything we might need during our stay. The added extras were a bonus. Would like to stay in the summer to enjoy better weather."
    James
"The Appartment is ideally located so that you can walk to everything in Pembroke (Castle, shops and kids playground), and is a great base for visiting the nearby beaches and towns such as Tenby. It had everything you could think of and was a real home from home. Unlike many we've stayed in, everything was really new and worked first time. Will be returning!"
    Les
"Accommodation was very good, no complaints. Pembroke itself was disappointing. Costal areas very impressive."
    Karen
"The house had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. Amazing view of the castle and a lovely walk everyday around the Millpond just outside. Great location to have trips out in Pembrokeshire. The owners even posted us some items back we had not realised we had left. The only thing I would point out is when turning into the top of the car park off the main road be careful as the pavement edge is highly raised and with 4 adults and luggage in the car this caught the underside of the car."

"We thoroughly enjoyed just about everything about Ty Ar Y Cei: that Castle view was all that others had said & more, & changed from morning light & stillness, to noon hubbub until glorious sunsets, and starry skies including a super moon. Bird life was fascinating. Camera was always clicking.Everything praised by others can only be endorsed. We did base our booking on others' opinions so reviews are very important. The only thing this property (definitely a 2 storey town house, NOT an apartment, the dichotomy did puzzle me) lacked we decided was outside space and privacy. So one tended to keep blinds semi-closed because dog-walkers on their phones (sigh*) and families having energetic exchanges of views, used to pass on the quay, & sometimes stop right outside, our open windows. And with the glorious weather we had for a whole week [though the seas were ironically too choppy for Caldey Island] it would have been nice to sit in a little sunny nook of our own. But everything else was truly perfect. And to be fair, on our last day the café along from us, carried a table out into the sunny quay when reading our disappointment correctly. We should have just gone there earlier. We tried to eat out but didn't find a menu or ambience to 'hit the spot' and gave in to eating 'at home', soup and sandwich after a lunch out, or minimally reheating Co-op fare or having takeaways. It was just too snug & comfortable for words! And it was that World Cup week! Though we were told by several that Pembrokeshire was 'little England' didn't risk testing it out!!We loved all the obvious places especially Barafundle, and Tenby (the only place we visited twice), and Picton proved a nice surprise (food excellent, guided tour worth timing yourself for), especially with the antics of a Chilean Blue Eagle who refused to return to its master, calling dramatically from chimney pot & deepest forest above one's head, 'til finally tiring of its game.Havefordwest was the only disappointment though we did happen upon a glorious organ practice. I really wouldn't bother!!Some house equipment was a bit scary for us, possibly a simplified idiots' guide might be helpful. Finally the owners proved truly helpful re one thing (there were actually 2!) we left behind. Highly recommend without hesitation on all levels so long as you understand the location etc. which was by the way perfect for all shorter excursions. We didn't explore further NWest as we liked leisurely days & felt a 1000mls on the clock was enough! Nearer & we'd be back like a shot!"
    Darren
"This house truly sets the benchmark in terms of comfort, cleanliness and the welcome pack is great."
    Ian
"Weather good, location stunning all amenities right on the doorstep"
    Julie
"Excellent accomodation, very clean and comfortable. My very minor grumble was that there wasnt a socket near mirror to plug in hairdryer!"
    Annie
"This apartment was lovely. Had everything we needed for a week's stay, and the owners couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming. The apartment was fully kitted out with tvs, dvd player, wifi, dishwasher etc - to give you the comforts of home whilst on holiday. Lovely view from the apartment, and a great base from which to explore the rest of Pembroke."
    nick
"Excellent holiday - great accommodation, superb location, great weather."
    Jane
"Lovely location for access to shops and trips out. Very quiet and the view of the castle is nice. The apartment has everything you would require, only downside is only parking for one car which it does say when booking but if another couple visit there is no where for a second car. Would recommend the property and visit again."
    Caroline
"An excellent location for visiting all of the sites in this part of Pembrokeshire."
    Chris
"Fantastic property with great views of Pembroke castle looking out of the lounge area. The welcome pack was a nice touch and the property was very child (10 month old) friendly. Modern interior with good wifi connection. Very friendly owners, would recommend to friends/family."
    Emily
"This is a wonderful place to stay and we highly recommend it and I imagine we will come and stay again! The view from the lounge and master bedroom is breath taking, looking over the rive to the beautiful castle. The photos do not do it justice, beautifully clean, very comfortable with thoughtful touches left out for us (we won't spoil the surprises!). Easy parking and so many things to do within an easy reach - look no further for a booking that will make you feel spoilt and comfy, allowing a mix of relaxation and days out - perfect!"
