The Summer House in Tenby offers a peaceful and secure stay with a well-equipped space, though it may feel smaller than expected. The garden is appreciated, especially by dog owners, and the property's location is convenient for exploring local beaches and attractions. The owners, Vernon and Linda, are praised for their helpfulness and thoughtful touches, enhancing guests' experiences.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness. Some guests found the property immaculate upon arrival, while others noted issues with dust and cobwebs. The presence of both positive and negative comments suggests that cleanliness is generally good, but there may be occasional lapses.

The location is highly praised for its quietness, safety, and proximity to local attractions, beaches, and Tenby town centre. It is deemed perfect for exploring the Pembrokeshire coast, although some guests mentioned the need to drive to reach certain destinations.

Guests find the property comfortable and peaceful, with a few suggestions for additional hanging space and storage. The presence of a hot tub and garden furniture adds to the comfort, although some guests felt the space was tighter than expected for larger groups or those with lots of equipment.

The facilities are generally well-received, with the property being described as well-equipped. However, there are comments about the hot tub being difficult to operate and a desire for a microwave. The high-quality Wi-Fi is appreciated, but there are minor issues with TV reception and a lack of certain kitchen items.

The owners are commended for their thoughtfulness, providing welcome gifts such as Prosecco, biscuits, and even treats for dogs. While these gestures are highly appreciated, it is politely noted that such gifts are not guaranteed and may vary.

Access to Tenby easy enough by car but walking not so much so. Parking is difficult in a SUV type vehicle as access very tight. On the positive side the garden is lovely with the outdoor/patio area very comfortable.

It had everything we needed. The owners were so kind and helpful. We definitely want to return again in the future.

They also recommended attractions, restaurants and and place to eat. The Chinese was lovely but I would recommend to order before going to pick it up as it was very busy with a 45 minute wait.. The house was well situated and peaceful and had lots of crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment.
