Guests are charmed by the property's perfect location with stunning harbour views, contributing to a relaxing stay. The accommodation is appreciated for its provision of necessities and a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and pets. Some concerns over maintenance and cleanliness are noted, yet the overall experience remains positive, with guests expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property's cleanliness has received mixed feedback. While not all reviews mention cleanliness, one guest noted the presence of dog hairs and old dog food, suggesting room for improvement. However, this was not a major issue for the guest.

The location is highly praised by all reviewers for its immediate proximity to the harbour and views of the beach, contributing significantly to the property's appeal.

Most guests found the property comfortable and relaxing, with one mentioning it met all their needs. However, there was no explicit mention of comfort from all reviewers.

Facilities have been critiqued for maintenance issues such as a non-functional shower and electrical problems. Despite this, the accommodation was found to be well-equipped by some guests.

The owners' thoughtfulness is evident in their provision of treats for guests' dogs, creating a welcoming environment. However, it should be noted that such gestures may vary and are not guaranteed.

I found Sparta house was in a ideal location immediately overlooking the harbour with a good view of north beach beyond, the property was clean and comfortable and met all my needs and I felt quite relaxed while I was in the property, Would I go back to Sparta House? Yes.

To be fair , the property was as described , the shower only worked if the power button was held in , didn't bother us as the bath was great, but may bother others , the electric towel rail in the bathroom kept tripping out all the sockets , I switched off for safety reasons and reported to the Saundersfoot office , the main thing was the cleanliness (dog hairs and old dog food left in the kitchen cupboards ) , this is something that I feel isn't your responsibility , it is down to the cleaning company, having said this again wasn't major , but to some people , it would probably be off putting .

Apartment in great location looking over harbour. The owners left treats for the dog to make them feel welcome too.
