A charming bungalow, set on a quiet residential estate on the outskirts of the village of Penally, just 2.5 miles from Tenby and a stroll away from the famous coast path and the links golf course. A well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and two stools lends itself to enjoying making those picnics to take out with you or for preparing the family evening meal. Sit together in front of the TV or around the table for the meal or for some family board games or step into the secluded rear garden to soak up a bit of sun with a good book. Perfect for families with two children, this property offers a double bedroom and a twin with 2'6" beds and a family shower room. Days out from this charming holiday home can be as active or as relaxing as you choose with so many attractions around this beautiful Welsh county. Take the regular bus to nearby attractions to laze on superb sandy beaches or walk along the coast path. Enjoy cycle rides on quiet country lanes, try a round of golf, maybe some fishing trips, visit theme parks, the Welsh Zoo or Dinosaur Park and explore historic castles. At the end of wonderful days out, return to this cosy cottage for a good nights sleep and to plan tomorrows activities.
The village of Penally is set a short walk to the Pembrokeshire coast and South Beach at Tenby. The village offers pubs, a shop, a cafe and restaurants. The seaside resort of Tenby is close by and has sandy beaches, shops and tea rooms. There is something for everyone within this part of South Wales.

Only issue is the WI-FI - its pants, the Tenby / Penally area also had poor phone reception too. Penally is a quiet village with lovely walks. There is a quick way onto the dog friendly south beach just a short walk past the train station and through the golf course, south beach is dog friendly all the way to Tenby to where the Salty Cafe is so itâs a great walk on a morning into town. Tenby was lovely and I can recommend Fresh Water East beach for a day out - good parking, dog friendly, lovely sands and water as clear as a bell! For eating out in Tenby I can recommend Tap & Tan if you love BBQ, Little Loafly for amazing fresh sandwiches, Harbwr brewery for a pint in a quaint alley and Fuchsia cafe for a coffee and fresh clotted cream scones! Overall, I would definitely recommend Rowen cottage for a holiday, we have had a fantastic week and would definitely return!
