Located in a picturesque setting within the grounds of a country house, this delightful single level cottage is ideal for couples or small families with one child. Access a plethora of scenic walks from your doorsteps, including the popular coast path which will bring you to the chocolate box village of Lydstep, 1 mile away, a tiny village with a friendly pub and a sand/shingle beach. A 3.5 mile drive will bring you to Tenby, Pembrokeshire s largest town and an excellent destination for golfers, walkers and foodies alike. If you are a fan of local history, Tenby has plenty to offer within its medieval walls, and Manorbier, 2.5 miles away, boasts a delightful Norman castle that s perfect for a day trip. Upon entering the single storey property, you are greeted with an open plan living space with high wooden ceilings, painted stone walls and a wood burner. There are two sofas, a dining table with seating for four, and a TV and DVD player in the lounge area, whilst the kitchen is equipped with ample worktop space for preparing light snacks and simple suppers. You ll have everything you need thanks to the electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and washer/dryer, and the bedroom is accessed through a door leading from the kitchen. The comfortable bedroom has storage space, a large mirror, king size bed and a small single bed to sleep up to three guests, and there is an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Outside, the pretty lawned garden is surrounded by mature trees, which you can admire from an elevated position in the decked balcony. There s off road parking for one car.
