The nearest place where you can find amenities like pubs, shops and restaurants all in one place would be the town of Narberth, holding a food festival every year and home to Narberth Castle which you can wander around free of charge looking at the old ruins. Pembrokeshire Wake Park is less than a 10 minute drive away and plays host to a great day out for all ages with lots of activities to take part in. Take a look over at Narberth Museum for some interesting displays of local history, before continuing to browse the independent shops and businesses. For a great day out take a trip to Folly Farm Zoo or even Oakwood Park which is a fantastic theme park to enjoy. For a change of terrain, take a drive out to the coast and visit the beachfront village of Saundersfoot to enjoy a day at the beach.
