Communal facilities include an indoor swimming pool (heated from April till end Oct and generally open from 9 am - 10 pm but owner is flexible), sauna, fitness area, Jacuzzi, full sized snooker table, pool table, table tennis table - superb facilities whatever the weather.
This charming coastal villa is comfortably equipped for holidays beside the Haven Waterway in Pembrokeshire. Set in the walled grounds of Trinity House, the owners residence, an impressive maritime property on the water’s edge. Beautifully landscaped gardens with fountains, waterfalls and lily pond. There are delightful communal lawns, seating and terraces and private unfenced patios for each property. Fishing off the property walls or off the old jetty. Pets are welcome too.(The properties are unfenced - care with young children please. Also, open jetty, pond and swimming pool).
Boating at Burton – Launching facilities 200 yards, floating pontoon 50 yards and many boat trips available along the river including Shearwater Safaris and Cleddau Cruises from Neyland Marina 2½ miles away. The small town of Neyland is just 2½ miles away with an excellent traditional butchers shop, newsagent, pharmacy, card shop and Post Office. The nearest big supermarkets and banks are in Pembroke Dock 2 miles away over the Cleddau bridge. Beach 7 miles. Pub and restaurant 12 yards.
Trinity Villa (ref QC353) can be booked together with Trinity Cottage (ref QC349) and Trinity Lodge (ref QC680) to accommodate up to 18 guests.

This is not a property for those with mobility issues or very young children. Cottages.com sent a description it was just ground and first floor when infact it is over 3 floors. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor with sinks not big enough to wash in. On the first floor is a sitting/dining room, kitchen and the only shower with toilet, which takes a long time to refill after flushing. In what can only be described as the attic are two further single beds that are meant for young children, this is not at all suitable should a child wake up in the middle of the night.Cleaniless within the cottage was not what would have been expected especially when there were very old cobwebs cleared by us. Overall not impressed with the cottage. We even had to vacuum the sofa as it was covered in feather debris.
