Delightful holiday cottage equipped to high residential standards of design, d'cor and furnishings. Pets welcome.

Set in the walled grounds of Trinity House, the owners residence, a magnificent maritime property on the waters edge.

Beautifully landscaped gardens with fountains, waterfalls, lily pond (unfenced - care with children), lawns, private areas, seating, terraces and patios. Pets welcome.

Fishing off the property walls or off the old jetty.

Accommodation

3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 (plus a folding bed for a child). 1 Double and 2 Twins on 1st floor, two with vanity units.

Bathroom on ground floor with full suite and separate shower.

Kitchen fully fitted, split level electric cooker, halogen hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar. Washing machine in separate outbuilding opposite rear entrance door. Additional outside toilet.

Lounge/Diner electric fire in feature fireplace, flat screen TV/DVD three piece suite, dining suite for 6.

Grounds extremely attractive, sheltered, professionally planted garden - a joy to relax in - yet only 30 yards from your doorstep to the foreshore for your 'constitutional'.

Heated Swimming Pool (available to share between April and end of October from 9 am-10 pm) plus billiard/snooker table and fitness area available to share between April and end of October from 9 am - 10 pm.
