Delightful, New England style Beach House, with sea views from 2 of the bedrooms, next to the beautiful Freshwater East beach.

Freshwater East is an ideal setting for the holiday homes of Freshwater Bay Holiday Village, located in the only Coastal National Park in Great Britain. All the holiday chalets are just a few hundred metres from the beach. Perfect for families, couples, bird watchers, walkers and extreme sport lovers.

 

Freshwater Bay is the perfect holiday destination away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The Freshwater Inn is the local public house and serves excellent food, with the village of Lamphey a mere two miles away with its local bakery, shop/post office, garage and 'The Dial Inn'. 'The Lamphey Hall Hotel' has an excellent restaurant and 'The Lamphey Court Hotel' with its restaurant and spa is open to non residents.

 

A short drive to the local beauty spots of Stackpole Quay with its superb tea room and the famous Lily pools at Bosherston, the beaches of Broadhaven South, Manorbier, Skrinkle and Swanlake Bay. Barafundle beach was recently voted one of the best in the UK. Historic Pembroke is only four miles away, with its mill pond walk taking you around the walls of the medieval castle. Tenby and Saundersfoot are within an easy 30 minute drive.

 

A well presented spacious mid terrace house built in the New England Beach House style, furnished and equipped to a high standard.  The house has two verandas with seating and sea views from 2 of the bedrooms.

Stairs to first floor: Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, glimpse of sea. Bedroom 3 with double bed, en suite Shower, WC and whb. Sea view and door leading to Balcony with table and chairs. Parking. Rent inclusive of electricity and heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided.  High-chair. Non smoking. 3pm takeover.

Out and about in Freshwater East

Freshwater East is a small coastal village popular for a family holiday with a beautiful sandy beach backed by low dunes and flanked by red sandstone cliffs. An ideal area for ramblers with access on to the 186 mile National Park coastal path where the spectacular coastline scenery can be truly appreciated.Visitors can explore the Castlemartin Peninsula,Stackpole Quay,Barafundle Bay,the Bosherston Lily Ponds and Broad Haven all are within easy reach along the coast path.The village has a public house.  A short drive to the local beauty spots of Stackpole Quay with The award winning Gastro Pub, Lily pools at Bosherston, the beaches of, Manorbier often busy with surfing, .  Freshwater West where the Filming of Harry Potter (Dobbies burial) and Robin Hood (Russell Crowe) took place. Historic Pembroke is only four miles away, with its mill pond walk taking you around the walls of the medieval castle, look out for the many events that take place in the castle. Tenby and Saundersfoot are within an easy 30 minute drive with their Blue Flag beaches, a variety of shops and restaurants.

Large Shopping Centre with most of the major supermarkets and many other High Street shops, cinema.Haverfordwest - 16.4 miles takes 35 minutes. Large shopping centre with most of the major supermarkets and many other High Street shops, cinema and castle.

Pembroke - 5.1 miles takes 12 minutes.Historic Town  with a selection of shops and restaurants,castle.

Tenby - 9.9 miles takes 19 minutes. Tenby has a mix of shops, with a selection of high street shops.  It has also has a fantastic array of restaurants and pubs, and a bustling night life.

Visitor attractions - The local leisure attractions, Manor House, Heatherton Country Sports Park, Folly Farm, and Oakwood are all within easy reach by car.
