Snaptrip says

Y Felin at Coed Cadw is a well-regarded cottage, praised for its cleanliness, cosy atmosphere, and welcoming hosts. Guests enjoyed the beautiful setting, convenient location for coastal walks and local amenities, and the added luxury of a hot tub. While some guests noted minor issues with dog-friendliness and soundproofing, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage consistently receives high praise for its cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being clean and well-maintained. This suggests a high standard of cleanliness that guests appreciate.

The location is generally appreciated for its proximity to coastal walks, local pubs, and shops. However, one review mentioned noise from a nearby road and another the distance from certain amenities, slightly lowering the score.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, noting the cosy environment and comfortable beds. The presence of a hot tub adds to the comfort level, although one guest mentioned challenges with stairs due to arthritis.

Facilities are well-regarded, especially the hot tub and outdoor seating area. Some guests suggested improvements such as the addition of a tumble dryer and better soundproofing, which affects the score.

Hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, providing a welcome with tea, coffee, and Welsh cakes. While these gestures are appreciated, it is noted that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

He showed us around and explained how things worked. The house was lush and cosy, upon arrival the oven wasn’t working but they fixed it as soon as possible and was very apologetic. The bedroom was cosy and warm. Hot tub was good but with the cold nights it was not good getting out! Lovely little place, was easy to find but it is very out in the middle of nowhere but some people like that, we didn’t realise how far everything is from it. Overall it was a nice stay

The cottage is in a beautiful location with brilliant inside and outside space and comfort. We could not fault anything and our dog, Porridge, had a great time too. Huge thanks to Chris and Lesley for a fabulous holiday

Very quiet and peaceful. A good base for walking parts of the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast. Very comfortable double bed, dark skies helping to ensure a good night's sleep after a day walking. If we were to make one recommendation for improvement it would be to put some steps or something at the side of the cottage to enable visitors to get to the hot tub from the patio doors in the double bedroom (closer to the shower) as this would enhance the privacy rather than going out of the frint doir. Overall though this was an excellent property for our short break. Chris and Lesley are great hosts, very welcoming. Thank you
