Lovely lodge, equipped with everything you'd need. The site was really quiet, with an onsite bar at the weekend and a community pub open daily just a short stroll away.I would stock up on supplies beforehand as major shops are not overly nearby. We had a great view overlooking the lake, with regular daily sightings of a kingfisher.Definitely need a car as it is quite rural, but most of the Pembrokeshire highlights are a 30 - 60 minute drive away.We did leave a day early but that was because of storm Amy!Loved the stay and would definitely consider returning.

We stayed in the log cabin for a week and honestly, we couldn’t fault a single thing. It’s one of those rare holidays where, on the drive home, my wife and I found ourselves talking about our stay and realised we had nothing but positives to say.The cabin itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. It felt cosy and private, yet had all the little touches that made it special. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful—perfect for switching off and really relaxing. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home, and it really showed. We left feeling rested, recharged, and already talking about when we can come back.An absolutely perfect stay
