When it’s time to retreat to the bedroom, take your pick from the two monochrome rooms furnished with super-king-size beds, one of which can be made up as a twin upon request, and the other which enjoys an en-suite for added privacy. There is also an additional shower room serving the property. Outside, on the terrace, a table and chairs make outdoor entertaining a great choice.

Within a mile of your doorstep, you’ll find a fantastic pub, featured in the Michelin Guide, as well as a farm shop filled with local produce for you to bring home with you. A fantastic day out for all the family can be found at Llandegfedd Lake (9 miles) with opportunities to try a whole host of water and land-based activities including paddleboarding, open water swimming and axe throwing. A visit to the Brecon Beacons whilst staying locally is a must, with summits such as Sugar Loaf (11 miles) and the Skirrid (11 miles) to scale offering showstopping views and memories to last a lifetime.
