Commanding spectacular uninterrupted sea views in a truly stunning location on the Llyn Peninsula, this converted barn sits at the end of a private track in gorgeous rural tranquillity yet within easy reach of a host of family attractions. Set within the grounds of the owners’ home, its breathtaking setting affords wonderful walking, bird watching and even dolphin spotting from the doorstep, with the coastal path winding its way down from the holiday cottage to a secluded beach (about 20 minutes’ walk). Ten pin bowling, go karting, golf, fishing and pony trekking are all enjoyed nearby and Caernarfon Castle and the Snowdonia National Park are within easy reach. Shops 4 miles, pub serving food 1.5 miles.

Read lots about the driveway but its absolutely fine unless you were driving a low profile sports car!!Cottage is just what we expected having been before but there is new furniture is the living space (sofa and chair) and the shower has been refitted.As always the location is stunning and just so peaceful with walks straight from the front door.If you want a real grt away from it all location couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Lovely property with fantastic views. Friendly hosts. Comfy bed and spacious shower. Lots of hot water. Just a note to say there isn't a measuring jug so remember to pack one. Also it would be helpful to have a small cupboard in bathroom for toiletries. Gravel drive is quite rough but if you drive slowly you should be ok unless you have a low clearance car. Very peaceful location with sheep and goats in the fields.
