Commanding spectacular uninterrupted sea views in a truly stunning location on the Llyn Peninsula, this converted barn sits at the end of a private track in gorgeous rural tranquillity yet within easy reach of a host of family attractions. Set within the grounds of the owners’ home, its breathtaking setting affords wonderful walking, bird watching and even dolphin spotting from the doorstep, with the coastal path winding its way down from the holiday cottage to a secluded beach (about 20 minutes’ walk). Ten pin bowling, go karting, golf, fishing and pony trekking are all enjoyed nearby and Caernarfon Castle and the Snowdonia National Park are within easy reach. Shops 4 miles, pub serving food 1.5 miles.

Our 3rd visit here. The views are spectacular, we’ve often seen dolphins from the cottage. The track down to the cottage may be a problem for some cars, but we love it here!

Just back from a lovely week at Ciliau Isaf, it was our first time & I would highly recommend it.The road down to the cottage is a hair raising drive but we'd read the reviews & we were prepared, a 4x4 would be ideal but a normal family car (we have a Corsa) is fine if you take your time.The hosts were lovely & the accommodation was great! It was clean & tiday & has everything you need for a pleasant stay although we couldn't find a pizza cutter :) We did enjoy the welcome bottle of wine though!There is a lot of livestock passing by, sheep, goats etc so off lead dog walks are understandably a no, our dog wasn't too happy with this but he did like being on the enclosed decking enjoying the view. The photos don't do it justice!Small shop in the local village but supermarkets in nearby Pwllheli.
