Everything provided. A secure enclosed garden for the dog and parking outside or behind the cottage. Wonderful position by the river, so perfect for dog walking. Would highly recommend.

It is in a quiet location ideal for exploring the Llyn Peninsula and the northern part of mid-Wales. We had a great stay and much appreciated the welcome pack which included bara brith cake and a bottle of red wine. The garden is fully enclosed and ideal for our two small terriers. Two issues: A parking space is available at the rear of the property but it is very tight to get into unless you have a small car. The other issue is the garden. It is on split levels due to the nature of the terrain. The stairs to the upper level are quite steep and have no handrail so when it is wet (as it was for most of the week we were there) we had to be very cautious when going up and down. Overall, very good and competitively priced. Could be near perfect if the parking and the garden steps were tweaked. Many thanks for a great stay.

The house has everything you need. The woodland/river walk from the house was just lovely. The beds were really comfy and the linen clean and fresh. The small garden was great to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sunshine. Thank you for a great week and for the treats that we enjoyed upon arrival.
