About this property

Resting in Lower Llanbedrog is the Victorian, semi-detached house of Argoed. Containing beautiful interiors, comprising of a blue and white colour scheme, along with being just moments away from Llanbedrog beach, this is a fabulous base for a family of eight’s coastal escape. After parking in the generous off-road parking spaces, make your way up the steps and into a well-appointed sitting room, a space brightened by its large windows and oozing style, thanks to its rich blue décor, refined fireplace beholding a multi-fuel stove and a wall-mounted TV with Freeview. Venture down the hallway again to find a handy utility with a washing machine, before entering the contemporary kitchen/diner. The kitchen/diner is a bright and pleasant room, showcasing top-quality appliances that can be found within its chic fittings; after the chef of the group has rustled up a delectable banquet, enjoy it at the sleek dining table as you plan your seaside escapades. Make your way upstairs to find an elegant super-king-size bedroom that is filled with pretty, white furnishings and basking in natural light thanks to its four portrait windows, further along the way you can find another stylish king-size room with nautical touches. Additionally, on the first floor you will be dazzled by a spacious bathroom that hosts a luxurious, freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower, along with another well-presented shower room. The second-floor features two brilliant bedrooms, one being a spacious king-size with seaside accents and elevated sea views, and the other being a quirky room that can suit three kids or parents with a little one with its zip/link super-king-size bed, single and wall-mounted TV; all the bedrooms contain vanities so you can get ready for a jam-packed day in style. The house is accompanied by delightful outdoor spaces, a front enclosed garden and a side garden with sunny decking for you to unwind on as you read your favourite book; the lawns are also great for your furry friend to stretch their legs on! The picture-postcard village of Llanbedrog is a fabulous destination for a seaside break, with a gorgeous beach within easy reach, a delightful gallery set within a Gothic manor and ample amenities for all the family. The village additionally backs onto woodland and heathland where you can embark on an extensive walk whilst spotting the abundant wildlife dotted throughout; be sure to venture across the Llanbedrog Viewpoint where you can view Mount Snowdon in the distance. Continue along the coast to find yourself in the beachfront village of Abersoch, where you can engage in a selection of watersports along its sandy shores, try your hand at golf in the local club or simply enjoy a spot of coastal dining at The Cove restaurant. There is so much more to see in this magnificent part of the Llŷn Peninsula, with the settlements of Pwlhelli and Aberdaron within easy reach. For a stay in a charming setting amidst this stunning part of Wales, choose Argoed.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.

The house is tastefully decorated, well equipped and is in a lovely setting. Rooms are all bright and airy. Views of the sea are superb. A totally relaxing holiday which was enjoyed by four teenage girls, myself and my sister. Thank you - for it being exactly what it said it was!

Really clean and comfortable, would love to stay again. Perfect location with everything you could need, pub, beach, shop, gallery, cafe, spot on. Single bit of feedback that would help the stay is something that explains the waste, we wasn't sure where to put what. Other than that happy days.

The property was clean and spacious and had everything you could need for perfect holiday. The kettle stopped working and it was very quickly replaced. Could not fault the holiday property and would highly recommend anyone to stay there.
