Waterwynch is in an ideal location as you have all the amenities you’ll need right on the doorstep, and the beach is also only a few minutes walk away. This is a fantastic apartment to simply park up and relax from. Situated within the converted Grade II listed St Deiniol’s Church, the quirky interior is what makes Waterwynch a special place to stay. The owner is a master carpenter and has gone to great effort and care to build bespoke furniture and fixings, the attention to detail and quality can clearly be seen. Set over two floors, the first floor as you enter has a double bedroom with sea views, the second bedroom has bespoke bunk beds with hidden games table and also on this floor is the bathroom. On the second floor there’s an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. A fantastic space with ample room for all the family to socialise together from. Please note the living area has two steps up from the kitchen area and so this is not a one level room.

3rd time of staying here. Wonderful apartment that has fantastic views, very clean and everything you need. We will hopefully be back for our 4th visit next year

Well equipped and comfortable apartment with wonderful views from lounge window. I think the lounge was one of the best we have had with a cottages.com rental. The main downside for me (hence 4 stars) was the bathroom. The bath panel had a hole in the top corner with sharp edges and the bath itself was short and deepish with no handles. I found the windows hard to open/close. Also, I know it's nothing to do with the apartment itself but the corridors smelt really bad, damp and musty. Parking space was quite small, could be a problem if you have a big car. But overall a great location for exploring North Wales.

This has been our third time at 'Waterwynch' and we have enjoyed every stay.The flat is just towards the end of the High Street, a short walk to the beach and close to a number of very good cafe's. etc.From the living room there is a wonderful view of Criccieth Castle and the sea.Being in the upper part of a former Church building means the interior decor is quite unique, which only adds to the holiday experience
