The former bakery served cakes and buns to the people of Criccieth. Now, 31 Castle Bakery is a brilliant first floor holiday apartment in this popular seaside town on the Llyn Peninsula. The owner’s have used deep-pile carpets and comfortable seating to ensure that you have a happy holiday here.



The sitting and dining area has sea and castle views and cosy, squishy seating, a wall hung TV and DVD player. Behind the large sofa is dining table and chairs seating up to four people.



The kitchen is perfectly equipped for a self-catering holiday -there’s a dishwasher, microwave, four-slice toaster, washing machine, integrated fridge and separate freezer, electric hob and fan assisted oven. The handy breakfast bar has stools to sit on.



The delicately decorated double room has zip 'n' link beds which create a super-king as standard, but they can be singles on request. From this room you have views of Criccieth castle.



The twin bedroom is suitable for both children and adults - L-shaped single beds allow for two people to sleep in here with their own space.



The family bathroom gives a hotel-like experience! Large shower, heated towel rail, loo, wash hand basin and a massive mirror.



Nearby is one a brilliant fish and chip shop but there are also a good selection of pubs, shops and restaurants close by. A short drive takes you to some of North Wales' best attractions and places to visit - Portmeirion or the Welsh Highland Railways, for example. There is so much to see and do close by that you’ll be spoilt for choice!

Often described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia’, this delightful seaside town is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town’s 13th century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.
