This spacious and beautifully presented house lies in the rural village of Llangybi, some six miles North of Pwllheli. Positioned within the South East region of the Llyn Peninsula, you are within easy reach of Porthmadog, Criccieth with its castle, and the golden sands of Abersoch. This beautiful, whitewashed cottage, dating back to circa 1800, boasting a traditional feel and bundles of character, is approached via a quiet country road. There is ample off-road parking and a gated garden across the road, ideal for those warm summer days. To the left on entrance into the hallway, is the formal dining room with a feature fireplace, ideal for foody gatherings after a long walk along the beautiful Llyn Peninsula. Cosy together in the lounge after dinner and warm your toes in front of the fireplace. The country cottage-style kitchen is wonderfully appointed with a breakfast table and electric range cooker, while the utility at the end of the hallway houses a washing machine. Climb the plush, carpeted staircase to the bedrooms, where you will find a double, single, twin and a master suite boasting ample storage space and a cot for those bringing a little one. A couple of steps down lead to the family shower room with a walk-in shower cubicle, followed by lovely bathroom suite next door. You have plenty of amenities and thrilling attractions within driving distance. Take a ride on one of many heritage steam railways through the Welsh Highland or Llanberis Lakeside, and visit some of the most picturesque beaches in the area. The National Trust owns a plethora of remote bays and dramatic clifftop walks to discover. Undertake an adventure at Snowdonia National Park, with Cwn Pennant, Beddgelert and Blaenau Festiniog, as well as Coed y Brenin Forest Park. This village rests in the Eifonydd region, which covers the south-eastern part of the Llyn Peninsula from Porthmadog to the eastern fringes of Pwllheli. As well as its countryside, the village is noted for its holy well, Ffynnon Gybi, a lovely part of local myth and tradition. The market town of Pwllheli offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, along with a marina holding 400 boats. For walking and sightseeing, Snowdonia offers a plethora of outdoor activities and notable sites worth a visit.
