Ty Ardwyn is the perfect house to relax and unwind with family and friends. The owners have provided many thoughtful touches to ensure you enjoy your holiday whatever the season.

Please note that the stairs to access the top floor eaves bedroom are slightly narrower and steeper than the average staircase with a beam at the top.

The beds will be made made up as advertised, if you would like a different bed configuration please contact Menai Holidays 7 days before your arrival.

Often described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia’, this delightful seaside town is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town’s 13th century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Rubbish weather but that's not you fault. Only issue was noise from dementia home, had bedroom window open at night and the noise we heard one night had me in tears I understand why you dont say it's there but I think it should be mentioned however we would love to come back

Plenty of room in the house and an excellent location.

Just two minutes walk from the beach and such a beautiful area. We had everything we needed. The only drawback was the home for people with dementia which is very close to the holiday property. We realise that these very poorly people need care but it was upsetting at times. This wouldn't put us off staying again though. Could the owners of the house please invest in a new clothes airer as my sister found that some of her clothes had rust on them after using it. Thank you for a lovely holiday in your house.
