Guests say

Guests are charmed by the stunning sea views and prime location of 'The Towers - Ardudwy', with its proximity to the beach and local amenities. The property is praised for its cleanliness, modern decor, and well-equipped kitchen. While some guests mention a very firm bed and minor maintenance issues, the overall experience is positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

The majority of guests find the apartment very clean, with only a few reports of cleanliness issues such as dust and uncleaned surfaces. These seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

The location is consistently lauded for its breathtaking views and convenience for exploring Criccieth and the surrounding areas of Snowdonia. The proximity to the sea is a highlight for many visitors.

Comfort receives mixed reviews, with several guests finding the bed too hard, although others report a comfortable stay. The presence of streetlights and noise from other flats are noted as minor disturbances.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and modern amenities. However, some guests suggest improvements such as better quality TVs, more crockery, and minor bathroom repairs.

Guests appreciate the welcome pack with tea, coffee, and Welsh cakes, although it is noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and not guaranteed. The provision of milk and other basics is also mentioned positively.

On arrival we were very disappointed to find a very dirty apartment. The floors hadn't been cleaned and were covered in food debris and hair. I had to get on my hands and knees with a brush and dustpan and sweep all the floors, including the carpets. Then I had to wash the crockery and cutlery as they had dried food stuck to them. The kitchen work surfaces also had food debris and spilt coffee on them. This was not the start to my holiday that I expected. The toaster also didn't work unless you held the button down. Once the apartment was clean we had a lovely holiday. Just a shame basic cleanliness wasn't addressed.
