Guests consistently mention the property's cleanliness, describing it as spotless and well-maintained. One review noted an issue with dust and the toilet area, but this seems to be an isolated comment amidst overall excellent feedback.

The property's location is frequently commended for its tranquillity and proximity to local sights, including beaches and waterfalls. The peaceful village setting in North Wales is appreciated, although there is a mention of a steep driveway which may not suit everyone.

Comfort is a highlight, with guests finding the beds firm and comfortable, and the living spaces relaxing. There are a few mentions of beds being too hard for some guests' liking, but overall, the property is seen as a comfortable retreat.

The facilities, particularly the well-equipped kitchen and hot tub, receive high praise. It had everything we needed and it felt so homely I could have been in my own house. The gardens were far beyond beautiful I was totally amazed at how fantastic they are so many nooks and crannies that up to the day we were leaving we were still finding little parts that we hadnt seen. This is a truly wonderful property and the hot tub at the end of the day was the icing on the cake. I would recomend this 110% Loved our stay.
