The house is lovely and in a good location. However, if I'd known the owner comes to check the hot tub every morning at around 7.30 I wouldn't have booked it. We're older and don't get up that early, especially on holiday. Once the jets were on our dog was awake, so we were all awake. Also, I would've liked a grab rail or 2 in the bathroom. I'm quite nervous of falling and falls in bathrooms can be bad. Having said all that Matt, the owner is a lovely guy and was quite helpful.

The cottage is beautiful and well looked after. It’s ideally situated for walking into Llangollen or for walking along the canal. Claire and Matt are so thoughtful in their finishing touches. There are robes and slippers for the hot-tub and toiletries for guests use. Well recommended for a 5 star holiday!
