The Barn in Corwen is highly praised for its stunning views, cleanliness, and comfort, with many guests enjoying the hot tub and the property's spaciousness. The location is appreciated for its tranquillity and proximity to local amenities. Some minor maintenance issues and intermittent Wi-Fi are noted, but these do not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
Guests consistently mention that The Barn is spotless and well-maintained, indicating a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.
The property is celebrated for its amazing views and peaceful setting. It is within walking distance to a pub, although one review suggests it's a bit far from Llangollen. The remote location is a positive aspect for most guests.
The Barn is described as comfortable and spacious, with cosy features and ample bathrooms. However, some guests mention issues with mattress comfort and a desire for additional home comforts.
Facilities like the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen are highlights, but there are comments about maintenance issues such as a broken loo seat and the need for clearer instructions for heating. Wi-Fi connectivity is also a recurring concern.
While guests appreciate the warm welcome and the property's amenities, there are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

The property itself was well maintained, although we felt it could do with a few home comforts (maybe a hairdryer in the bedroom, a few games and books in the lounge, and a decent coffee maker in the kitchen). Overall, it served our purpose for a short stay, and I'm sure it would be very different in the summer months as the views from the gardens are spectacular.
Barbara
Would benefit with another fridge or bottle fridge. Some larger bowls for soup etc. One or two maintenance problems but were sorted immediately. Altogether a brilliant time was had by all. Hot tub was amazing with fantastic views
