This lovely barn is on the edge of the family farm, which has been superbly restored in 2021 and extended to provide great family sized accommodation with space for everyone to enjoy. Ideal for families staying together with two separate staircases to the first floor, a large south facing patio with 15ft swim spa, as well as a lawned garden for fun family games.
Just 5 miles from the sandy beaches at Chapel St Leonards and within 15 minutes’ drive you have the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe, Fantasy Island, Butlins, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve and The Lincolnshire Wolds. A footpath through the field takes you to the village pub where you can have food, and is a 10-minute walk away, before you return to soak in the swim spa after a busy day out. For those wishing to enjoy a very popular gastro pub there is one at Skendleby approximately a 10-minute drive away.
You can even bring your family pets, with up to three dogs welcome, but please be aware there could be cattle or sheep in adjacent fields. There are very good walks from the door with the area also being very popular for cyclists. Beach 5 miles and pub 1 mile.

Had a wonderful weekend with family. Would highly recommend the accommodation; the local pub is very friendly, and the desserts are superb!!

The hot tub was amazing and saved the day. We had 3 dogs (£90) extra and a toddler. Only 2 stairgates were supplied although you needed 3 as there are 2 stairs to the upstairs. We were unable to use one of the sitting rooms as we couldn't stop the dogs going upstairs. No towel rail in the downstairs bathroom so put on the cistern. No USB points, 1 waste bin and bag so difficult to separate the recycling. No hanging space downstairs for coats so put them on the dining room chairs. We were pleased the garden was secure for the dogs. As you advertise child friendly it would have been nice to have a wendy house of something for children to play in/on supervised. A key safe would also be a bonus. We ended up taking different keys from different doors when we went out. Only silly things that would have made this stay perfect. Smashing welcome pack thank you.

Wow. What a fantastic house. With a large family having five huge rooms, all with their own bathrooms is just brilliant. The house has everything you could need for a great holiday, topped off by a huge swim spa that makes it extra special. Sally and Jim(Hosts) were fantastic, they were around when needed, but also made it easy and seamless from start to finish. Sally went out of her way to look for a specific ask I had, but also in helping recommend places to visit and see. The garden is perfect for anyone with pets, its well maintained and enclosed making it safe for our own dog we took. A brilliant stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and well appointed house. Thank you
