About this property

Summerfield is a gorgeous holiday house, beautifully presented and perfectly located for families and friends looking to make the most of the fantastic North Wales coastline, Conwy Valley and Snowdonia. Accommodating up to eight people, the property also provides a gravelled parking area, meaning it’ll be a breeze for you all to get around. The kitchen and reception rooms are ideal spaces for entertaining and open on out to the lovely garden where, on a warm summer's evening, you can open the patio doors and dine alfresco. The stunning open-plan kitchen/diner has ample worktops, a large double-door Aga fridge/freezer, two dishwashers, a full-sized induction hob and an electric oven and grill a TV with DVD player; there are French doors leading out to the garden. The pleasant and welcoming sitting room has ample seating, a Smart TV, Sky box and a lovely wood burning stove. There is also a reading/games room with a full table football and a decorative fire, the space leads out to a timber-framed sunroom with plush sofas, a Smart TV, DVD player and a Wii console with a selection of games. There is also a handy downstairs cloakroom, and a utility area which houses a washing machine, microwave and ample storage, for added convenience. There are four fantastic bedrooms to retreat to at the end of the day, the master being a king-size which overlooks the rear garden, enjoying stunning views of Conwy castle and the mountains, whilst boasting access to an en-suite shower room. The further three bedrooms, a king-size and two small doubles, all enjoy their own unique style. Concluding the first floor’s interior is a family bathroom enjoying a fabulous roll-top bath with a separate shower enclosure, along with another cloakroom; ideal for avoiding morning queues! Outside, the rear garden contains a lush lawn, shrubs and trees, along with quaint patio areas to the back. Located on the edge of the medieval town, it is an easy walk down to the idyllic Conwy estuary where there are independent shops, cafes and bars. The town itself, with its Castle and harbour, is just a little further and is home to a fabulous array of attractions. Victorian Llandudno with its two beaches, pier and promenade makes for a lovely day out; a choice of a cable car or heritage tramway to the summit of the Great Orme offers you some of the most stunning views of this spectacular coastline. There is an abundance of activities to suit all interests, from a stroll on the beach, to sea fishing, walking and climbing in the Snowdonia range. There are plenty of castles and heritage to enjoy and world-class adventure tourism activities such as Surf Snowdonia and Zip World, which are just a short drive away. There is so much joy to be had at Summerfield!

Picture a quaint town located on the coast of Wales, with a dramatic castle perched atop a cliff overlooking the sea. This is Conwy. With its close proximity to the sea, Conwy is a popular spot for sailors and fishermen, and the town's restaurants and bars reflect this with a wide variety of seafood dishes. For those looking for a more relaxing experience, the Quay Hotel and Spa offers luxurious spa treatments with stunning views of the harbour.
