A cosy farmhouse with fabulous views across the Afon Aled Valley. In a beautiful rural setting surrounded by farmland the walking opportunities begin when you open the door and the comfortable lounge with log burner awaits your return.

Priddbwll is a comfortable farmhouse less than 2 miles from the pretty local village of Llansannan with a good pub, small shop and post office. Situated in a rural setting on actively managed farmland and accessed via an unpaved farm track (500yds), the house has beautiful views over the Afon Aled Valley which leads down from Llyn Aled (Aled Lake).  The track can be muddy when wet and is steep in places, but the house is well worth it when you get there. A short drive to the East lies the castle town of Denbigh and the market town of Ruthin, with their historic buildings, restaurants and shops. To the South is Llyn Brenig a large reservoir with opportunities for fishing, cycling sailing walking and more. The Victorian seaside resorts of the North Coast and Historic Conwy Castle are just over 20 miles from the house.

Priddbwll, a comfortable detached farmhouse has a ground floor kitchen diner leading to the lounge with cosy log burner. Upstairs are the three bedrooms (two doubles and a room with family bunk bed) and the family bathroom (bath with shower over). The garden to the front, side and rear of the house is enclosed and has beautiful views over the valley from the front as do the front bedrooms, lounge and dining room. Facilities include parking for 3 cars, full central heating, washing machine, induction hob, slow cooker, fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave, Wi Fi, DVD player, PS2 games console.  Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in the tariff.  This is a no smoking property.

Priddbwll is in a beautiful and remote area without an internet connection so it's a great chance to escape from being connected! Well behaved dogs are welcome but no puppies please.

This cottage has a £100 refundable accidental damage bond.  Alternatively, you can choose to pay a non-refundable £10 accidental damage waiver so you don't have to pay the bond and are protected from accidental damage claims at Priddbwll up to a value of £100.
