The location is fantastic with stunning views of the 2 magnificent bays of Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn. A trellis of climbing roses clings to the entrance of this luxury hideaway cottage that opens onto large patio areas with dining table and chairs - perfect for al fresco meals and magical at night with subdued lighting. A second patio area is where you will find the large hot tub and while away romantic evening as the sun sets over the sea.
Effortlessly stylish, Ty a Mor boasts beautifully furnished interiors. The large yet cosy comfortable living room has a wood burner - perfect for snuggling down in front of the fire after a long walk on the coastal path. There are two lovely bedrooms on the ground floor and a wide spiral staircase sweeps up to the main large en-suite bedroom - with French doors opening onto the balcony, with seating and a telescope to admire the views. Landscaped gardens surround the cottage with terrace, lawns, patios and rockery. Children will love playing on the large lower lawn.

Lovely location and vista. Apart from two neighbouring properties that also have balconies, the house and grounds are private. No welcome pack as such so bring milk, bread etc! Showers are good. Baths are all with jets and had to waste bath water as turning them in ejected lots of black mucky water! Yuck! Had to wash out system with more hot water and soaps. Lots of available towels and tea towels etc.Butler sink so expect to bend when washing up! Smell but serviceable kitchen. Many pots pans and utensils aged and previous people had left grubby, (ended up dishwashing most everything before we felt comfortable using ourselves). Lots of mugs and wine glasses but very few useful tumblers. Location is great, local Spar is good. Overall Disappointed with level of comfort. All sofas are very low. Double beds not very comfortable. There are internal steps in the property that are not mentioned. There are 9 steps from the parking area to the house that are not mentioned. The car is a fair distance from the property and the path is overgrown and when wet you get wet! The garden is lovely but also overgrown. The garden gazebo over grown and not accessible. Half of the outside furniture is not useable as it is overgrown, weathered and not kept clean nor useable. Not suitable for a anyone with mobility issues.

Fabulous property containing everything you may need. Particularly enjoyed sitting in the hot tub looking out at the amazing views. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
