Arrival Information: Check-in is available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01352 961506 to let them know. Please note any guests under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Verde Resorts kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information: Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. By using the hot tub, you are agreeing to Verde Resorts’ terms and conditions and agreeing that you have read their hot tub safety information, found here.
Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £5.00 per bathrobe. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.
Travel Cot Hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note you must bring your own mattress and bedding for the cot. Please note travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01352 961506 for more information if a cot is needed.
Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, Verde Resorts will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.

We had a lovely stay at Plas Isaf Lodge and overall really enjoyed our visit. The lodge was clean, comfortable and in a beautiful, peaceful location, making it a great place to relax.There were just a couple of issues that stopped it being a five-star stay. Unfortunately, we found quite a lot of dog hair on one of the seats. One of our party is allergic to dogs, so this was disappointing and something that could have been avoided with a more thorough clean.The other issue was on the morning of departure. Check-out wasn’t until 11:00am, but the hot tub maintenance started around 9:30am. We were hoping to make the most of the hot tub before leaving, but the maintenance staff kept coming into the garden area and looking through the open door (which we had left open because of the hot weather). It felt quite intrusive, and we didn’t feel we could fully enjoy our final morning. If guests have use of the lodge and hot tub until 11:00am, we think maintenance should wait until after check-out.Aside from those points, we had a very good stay and would happily recommend the lodge. With a little more attention to cleanliness and respecting guests’ privacy on departure day, it would be excellent.

This trip was exactly what we were after. A weekend of complete relaxation and peace. Lodge was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Hot tub and terrace area was great and the grounds were well kept and peaceful. Staff were really helpful in the run up to check in and while there. Minor negatives would echo those of other reviews: a blind on the front door would increase privacy and a chopping board in the kitchen for cooking. Our ensuite had a slight drain smell but we didn't raise this with the team at the time as it wasn't too big an issue. Would definitely book again.
