I was a little apprehensive about the neighbours/parking wars as described in previous reviews, but nothing of the sort happened whilst we were there. The hot tub is such an added bonus my partners boy loved it so much, the Xbox brought back some well loved memories of old call of duty. Whilst the weather was up for letting us do much outside of the house, the hot tub wasn’t really affected by this and there was plenty to do together. The house has clearly been designed to a top specification. The bathroom shower was just unreal! A waterfall head and separate hose is just like what we’ve got at home with great pressure of the water. Just made showers more relaxing and feeling like a treat. The views are stunning, we did a food shop in the nearest Aldi and had a treat of a takeaway, we went East Eat and that was beautiful. Just the perfect little getaway that we needed and our boy is already asking when are we going back to number 10. Don’t delay in booking, it truly is a little treasure with a lot of thought clearly gone into making the house a home for all to enjoy.

Only reason it isn't 10 stars is due to hot tub being switched off at 10pm which does put a downer on things when you're enjoying yourselves and then have to go inside. Completely understand reasoning for this though as is in beautiful residential area.

Nice pub a round the corner, and a football club 5 minutes walk away. Supermarkets are only a couple of miles away as well. The hot tub was a bonus also. We would definitely recommend.
