Make the most of the various activities nearby; from golf a Langland Bay Golf Club and walks along the scenic Wales Coastal Path, to food and drinks and Langland Brasserie and a spot of shopping in the independent boutiques of Mumbles. Bishops Wood nature reserve is also a short walk from your doorstep, leading to the charming village of Bishopston.

Entertainment: Smart TVs in the living area, double bedroom and twin bedroom. Wi-Fi available.

Outside: Front facing patio area overlooking Caswell Bay valley with grey rattan corner furniture and dining table with grey parasol and cushions. Lawned area with established foliage screening and outdoor mood lighting including security and access lighting on all sides of building. Exterior shower to the rear and additional outdoor storage.

General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 2 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

Pets: 2 dogs welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed upstairs, on sofa or beds.

No smoking inside the cottage.

Parking: On-site driveway parking for up to 2 cars.
