Snaptrip says

Guests have praised The Annexe At 53 for its cleanliness, comfort, and prime location for exploring the Gower Peninsula, with its proximity to coastal walks and beaches. The property is described as well-equipped, offering a cosy stay with a friendly owner. While some minor maintenance issues were noted, the overall experience was highly regarded, with particular appreciation for the enclosed garden and the property's suitability for pets.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being 'very clean' and 'spotless'. One isolated comment about an empty hand soap dispenser does not significantly detract from the overall positive feedback.

The location is frequently highlighted as a strong point, with easy access to local pubs, shops, and the Gower's coastal walks and beaches. However, one review suggests limited village amenities and the need for a car, slightly lowering the score.

Comfort is a recurring theme, with guests finding the property comfortable, particularly noting the bed and linen. There are no significant negative comments about comfort, ensuring a high score in this category.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a good kitchen and hot water supply. However, some guests noted missing items like a whisk and a teapot, and one mentioned a suboptimal shower curtain arrangement, indicating room for improvement.

There are no specific mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the host, so it is not possible to assess this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

I found the property to be clean and comfortable with good facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at the Annexe. It wasn't as well equipped as some but for the few days we spent there we had everything we needed. It was a good size and included a table to eat at which is often missing from smaller properties. There was a bath and a shower over it but the shower curtain arrangement was just ok. The location is good and there are a great many local footpaths and several pubs in easy walking distance.

Clean & Comfortable but not alot of privacy when sitting in the garden as overlooked . Definitely need a car to get about as not very much in the village. One pub walking distance and very over priced.
