Set in the heart of the popular village of mumbles this three bedroom property is perfect for those looking to enjoy the local area. This property offers parking and a private courtyard garden with outdoor shower.

This beautiful period holiday home is perfect for six… close to the stylish boutiques, galleries, cafes and the beach, Arfryn offers excellent contemporary holiday accommodation with smart comfortable living space and a lovely courtyard with table and chairs for alfresco dining.. There’s even an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy toes!

 

Get out and about and explore Mumbles, this delightful coastal village is home to some excellent boutiques, stylish shops, galleries and cafes. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way. 

 

Size: sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms

Beds: 1 x king size bed, 2 sets of twin beds

 

Accommodation

Ground floor

Kitchen/diner: Shaker style cupboards, plenty of storage, an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Dining table and seating for 6.

Kitchen courtyard: a secluded L-shaped courtyard garden where there is an outdoor shower and dining table for 6. Access the garage where there is a WC, wash hand basin, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Lounge: Large L-shaped sofa, Smart TV with Virgin, A DVD/Blu-ray player and electric effect fire in the period fireplace at one end creating a perfect chill out zone. French doors also open to courtyard. At the other end of the lounge is a watching and gaming space with large flat screen TV, Xbox games console plus games, a 3-seat sofa, 3 armchairs and a feature fireplace (not a working fireplace).

First Floor

Master bedroom: king size bed, chest of drawers, hanging space, Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: twin beds, under bed drawers.

Bathroom: free standing bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Second floor

Attic room with restricted head room owing to sloped ceilings.

Bedroom 3: twin beds, chest of drawers.

 

Entertainment: Smart TV, Xbox games console plus games, DVD/Blu-ray player

Outside: secluded L-shaped kitchen courtyard garden at the back of the property with shower, outdoor dining space and access to garage and parking space.

Parking: parking in garage for 1 small car.

General: changeover day -.Saturday.  Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi

Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

Notes: no smoking. Access to the garage is via a lane which runs parallel to Victoria Avenue. At the entrance to the garage there is a concrete lip which may not be suitable for low bottom vehicles.
