It’s also close to Swansea University and a good option for cyclists with cycle paths into the Marina and Mumbles. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.

No electric car charging point at the property , There are public charging points across Swansea at the City owned car parks.  The nearest to my property is in the car park for Clyne Valley (incorrectly referred to as Clyne Gardens Car park).
