This comfortable two bedroom chalet offers lovely sea views over Swansea Bay from both the lounge and bedroom. Just a short walk away are lovely cafes, restaurants and the promenade.
This cosy coastal chalet is in Limeslade, a great family destination with its lovely sandy beaches, close to Mumbles Head, Langland and Caswell Bay. Interiors are nicely presented with two bedrooms, comfortable sitting room, dining area and patio with table and benches for alfresco dining… a great option for a seaside holiday with the kids.
Located between the pretty coastal village of Langland and Mumbles with coastal footpaths leading to Rotherslade and Langland Bay with its pretty beach huts, a popular spot for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Kids will love the nearby beaches of Bracelet Bay and Limeslade Bay, a great place for rockpooling! Enjoy lunch with a view at the Castellamare Italian Restaurant or an ice-cream at the popular Fortes ice cream parlour overlooking the water.

Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Entertainment: TV/DVD player.
For families: travel cot and highchair on request.
Outside: paved area with seating for 4 to the rear of the property, and a small terrace to the front.
Parking: parking for 2 cars.
General: changeover day - Saturday. Oil CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi.

Limeslade Bay is a good location for the Mumbles if happy to do a bit of walking. You are around 15/20 minutes walk from Oystermouth Square but remember it will be uphill walking back. Bus Options are the 3A for Bracelet Bay which is just a couple of minutes walk away and more regular than the Limeslade Bay services that go up Plunch Lane past the bungalow. The bungalow itself is compact, clean but with all the amenities one needs for a week and lovely welcome pack If having a larger car, parking can be a bit of a challenge as Limeslade Drive is more of a single track so a narrow turning option into a slightly narrow uphill driveway but is doable. Handy to have someone to guide you in. The Mumbles is a treasure trove of pubs and restaurants and the Gower yields beautiful beaches such as Langlands and Caswell Bays in walking distance along the coastal path and Rhossili and Three Cliffs Bays easily accessible by the excellent bus services if preferring not to drive

The accommodation suited us perfectly though it may have been rather restricted for room if there were more than 2 in the property - especially if the weather was not favourable. Good location. Would certainly look at the website for future holidays.
