Ty'n y Clawdd is a well-equipped, charming cottage with a large, secure garden and a hot tub, situated close to the beach and local amenities. It's ideal for dog owners and those seeking a cosy, homely retreat. While some guests mentioned road noise and the need for a deep clean, the property's facilities and location generally received high praise.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property has received mixed feedback on cleanliness. Several guests reported cobwebs and dust, suggesting the need for a deep clean, especially after a busy season. However, high usage areas were found to be satisfactory.

The cottage is appreciated for its proximity to beaches, shops, and beautiful walks. Despite some comments about road noise, the location is generally praised for its convenience and the secure garden space.

Guests have found the cottage cosy and homely, but several have noted that the master bed's comfort could be improved. The presence of a hot tub adds to the comfort factor, although the road noise has been a slight discomfort for some.

The property boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a hot tub, and secure grounds, which are well-maintained. However, there were issues with broadband downtime and a lack of toilet paper on arrival, indicating room for improvement in maintenance.

Beautiful large garden area with various areas to go and sit down in. Literally a 10 minute drive to seaside village of Barmouth with shops and a great fish and chop shop, The Mermaid. Lovely beaches nearby to walk the dogs and get some fresh sea air. The accommodation had everything you needed, with a well stocked kitchen with plenty of kitchen essentials, e.g. plates, pans, cutlery etc. The lounge and dining areas were clean and comfortable with a smart TV, log burner, comfy sofas and a large dining table. My only feedback on where improvements could be made to make our stay perfect would be to invest in some new bedding for all the three bedrooms. The bedding seems old and dated, although clean, e.g. duvets, duvet covers. The pillows in all the bedrooms could do with replacing as all of them were very thin and flat, at home I normally sleep with two pillows, I had to use five due to how thin they were. The same with the cushions in the lounge area, four cushions however, they were all flat as pancakes. Overall, lovely accommodation, great location and would stay again, but would bring my own pillows from home to ensure a good nights sleep.

The hot tub was also greatly appreciated by our teenagers . Close to some amazing beaches and surrounded by beautiful countryside. There are shops and pubs a few minutes away too . Unfortunately the 4 nights we were there were significantly impacted by the broadband being down for the entire stay .
