New Quay was once a thriving fishing and smuggling port which later developed a flourishing shipbuilding industry. A popular seaside holiday destination in the breathtaking Cardigan Bay, well known for dolphin spotting boat trips and watersports, as well as its Blue Flag and Seaside Award-winning beaches. The picturesque town has many shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a heritage centre and marine wildlife centre. New Quay Music Festival is at the start of August with three days of non-stop music from local bands with a few famous names and cover bands thrown in. Visit Cei Bach (3.3mls) and Aberaeron (7.7mls) beaches which are a must or take a look at the famous poet, Dylan Thomas, penned many works with inspiration in New Quay including "Quite Early One Morning" and you can follow the Dylan Thomas trail around the town. Just 7 miles away is Aberaeron, a lively Georgian harbour town with multi-coloured cottages and a good selection of restaurants and inns.

As you enter this detached house you are welcomed into a spacious hallway leading through to the lounge with comfortable seating centred around the Smart TV and wood burner. The dining area has seating for 8 to enjoy a family meal together and a second cosy wood burner. Walk through to the fully equipped kitchen, newly refurbished in 2023, with a breakfast bar to enjoy a morning coffee, and a door leading out to the rear garden. There is also a handy utility room. The first floor offers two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, a twin room and a bunk room (bunks suitable for children only) with a TV. Three of the bedrooms share the family bathroom on the same floor. The sun room at the back of the house has sliding doors which open onto the patio area where you will find a table and chairs where you can sit and admire the view out across New Quay bay.

Outside steps lead to a rear patio and lawned area with garden furniture set on three levels with sea views.
