It’s very lovely house right in the centre of everything . .it is very modern and clean and looked after well . Our stay was amazing in the house it as got everything you next.it. And car parking .we would consider staying there in the future .

Lovely cottage in a great location for accessing New Quay itself. Parking at the house is a definite plus point.The house was lovely and clean, fresh decor and spacious for 3 adults and 2 dogs and had all the basics we needed. The owner was very helpful when we had a query and her son also checked in with us let us know we could contact him as well, which was lovely.A couple of small things that would help guests are a simple instruction booklet for any house specifics and some lamps in the lounge would be great.The stairs can be tricky as they split near the top and there are half steps and turns to negotiate, so not easy for limited mobility or small children.We had a great time in New Quay and exploring the surrounding areas.
