This imposing beach side house makes the most of this magical tidal estuary location with feature windows capturing sea and estuary views, and the master bedroom's Juliet balcony with sea views. As you open the front door, the contemporary interiors draw you in to a bright and airy open plan space with stylish lounge/kitchen/diner. The streamlined kitchen is built around the river views from the window, maybe you will see the local fisherman with the catch of the day. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, alongside thoughtful little extras creating a delightful space to prepare a meal. The dining table is well positioned to dine in and looks out across the estuary, and a feature photo wall creates a stunning backdrop to the dining area. Meander across to the contemporary lounge area with comfortable sofas, TV with Sky Movies package and Sonos music system, providing entertainment. French doors lead out onto the deck and Jacuzzi area. For cosy nights in, light the wood burner and plan your activities by the glow of the fire. No doubt you will be enchanted by the stunning views of the beach, river, castle ruins and sea from the panoramic windows, from sunrise to sunset. There is also a stylish shower room with shower and WC on the ground floor so you can take a leisurely shower and ponder your days adventure. A feature staircase leads you up to the first floor, with a further shower room with shower and WC, and a snug area where you can relax with a book or catch up on your emails. The master bedroom has a sumptuous, copper, double bed, a dressing area and French doors that open to the Juliet balcony so you can enjoy a sea breeze. Just along the corridor is the second double bedroom with interesting artwork and beach views to wake up to. This welcoming house is full of interesting objects, unique artwork and is a real treat to holiday in. Head outside the property and enjoy the splendid views as you walk through the paved and decked garden with table, chairs and a portable BBQ. Relax in the Jacuzzi which commands stunning beach, river and sea views. Watch the tide come in and out and enjoy the associated comings and goings on the water. There is parking for two cars at the property and a lockable bike rack if you decide to bring your bikes. This truly is a beachfront property, with the beach just a short stroll from the house. Please note the railway is situated to the rear of the property and will experience some noise from the railway line during your stay. Need to know: 2 bedrooms doubles. 2 shower rooms.
