Location was perfect with a great view of the estuary. Comfortable apartment. Random mixture of utensils and not enough bowls for the whole party. Had to keep pressing the boost button on the water tank as 6 of us staying so hot water kept running out. Would probably be more suited for a family of 4 than 6.

Seaview makes a delightful base for a break in South Wales. The third floor apartment is spacious and well equipped. It is an upside down apartment so the living room is on the top floor and has the most superb view across the Bay toward Gower. We were blessed with a bright week and sunsets were better than the TV. There was plenty of comfy seating and it was warm sitting room. Whilst bright by day there were cold mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils (couldn’t find a coffee pot!)We found plenty of places to visit by day - Gower, Llandeilo, Dylan Thomas Boat House, Swansea Maritime Museum, National Botanic Gardens and Cardiff by train. If stairs are an issue then be aware there are 52 steps to the landing. But the climb is so worthwhile.
