This first floor apartment has been fully renovated in 2022 to a very good standard throughout with solid oak flooring and a modern contemporary galley style kitchen with focal breakfast bar, it’s ideally located to explore this beautiful area of Carmarthenshire. Both light and airy bedrooms have been furnished with comfort in mind to offer a good night’s sleep, the living room offers a great space to relax in after a busy day exploring the area and enjoys a Smart TV for a movie night in. The family bathroom enjoys a walk in shower room and has been finished to a high standard with modern fixtures.
The Millennium Coastal Path can be enjoyed close by and links the harbour town of Burry Port, Pembrey and Kidwelly which can be explored by foot or bicycle (hire available locally). It offers 13 miles of sublime coastline with an array of wildlife habitats, activities and picture post card views, wonderful for exploring with your family.
At the heart of the Millennium Coastal Park stands the iconic Discovery Centre perched overlooking Llanelli Beach offering panoramic views over the Loughor Estuary, Worm’s Head and the Gower Peninsular. The property is also 15 minutes away from the railway station. Here you can find out all about the vast array of leisure activities available throughout Carmarthenshire. For keen golfers, the Machynys Peninsula Golf Club and Spa, a Jack Nicklaus designed course, is only 300 yards away with fantastic dining available overlooking the greens. Take a trip to the National Wetland Centre Wales, where you can hand feed the rarest geese in the world, spot some colourful flamingos or enjoy bird watching from one of the many hives. Externaly the block of flat's are shabby (no External photos on web), internally the flat is welcoming and very clean and tidy with a nice touch of a welcome pack. Car parking was an issue as local residents kept asking for us to move the car as it was in there space although the spaces are not numbered!

We enjoyed our stay in Wales, the appartment inside was really lovely. Special touches with tea, coffee, milk, welsh cakes and an Easter Egg 😀 along with shower gell and shampoo which were were no expecting. The appartment was very clean, comfy beds and felt like home from home. We were able to park our vehicle, off road following some debate with residents with in the blocks when we arrived. Easy walking distance into town, with a 20 mins walk to beach. Unfortunately we had no pen to leave a comment in their visitors book.

Great. This is the second time weve stayed in this property. Its a great location and had everything close by. It has parking which is great for us as we rented a car. Beds are sooo comfortable. Overall great stay and definitely will be staying a third time. Nothing.
