Ffau'r Ddraig is a well-received cottage, praised for its comfort, cosy atmosphere, and welcoming touches. Guests appreciate the thoughtful welcome packs and the property's quiet location, making it a peaceful retreat. The garden is enjoyed by both pets and owners, though it's noted as not fully secure. Some minor issues with cleanliness and maintenance are mentioned, but overall, guests report a pleasant stay and often recommend the property.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests find the property clean and well-prepared, with fresh flowers and welcome packs adding to the positive impression. However, a few reviews mention concerns with cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom area, which slightly lowers the score.

The cottage is appreciated for its quiet cul-de-sac setting, providing a peaceful environment. It's considered a convenient base for exploring South and West Wales, despite some guests noting it's a bit far from certain amenities and dog walking spots.

Guests consistently describe the cottage as cosy, comfortable, and a 'home away from home'. The furniture and bed are noted for their comfort, contributing to a restful experience.

The property is generally well-equipped, with guests satisfied with the facilities provided. However, there are mentions of intermittent Wi-Fi and suggestions for additional cleaning tools. The driveway's steepness and the unlit pathway are noted as areas for improvement.

The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, with welcome packs and gestures that make guests feel at home. While these gifts are highly appreciated, it's important to note that such personal touches, although common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Left us to it but there if needed. The house was really lovely and very clean - like a home from home. It was also very well equipped, plenty pots pans, kiten equipment etc - something lots of places seem to skimp on. Nice welcome pack with Welsh cakes ,tea & milk ,meant you could have a quick brew before unpacking. Great location - idel for us as we were near our friend and the botanical Gardens (where we were at an event) but close to Carmarthen. We would definitely stay again (including our cat Holly). If I had to be very very picky would like a king size bed but that's just us. We absolutely loved our stay - thank you xx

Dragon's Den is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul d sac. It was peaceful. Very convenient base for exploring Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. The accommodation was perfect for 2 people and our little dog. It has everything that you would need. I slept very well, the bed is very comfortable. We will definitely book again for another trip to Wales.
