Wander on through into the kitchen, well-appointed with a selection of appliances, and hosting a dining table where you can enjoy family meals. For added flexibility, on the ground floor there is a twin room which is perfect for children or those with limited mobility. However, if you choose the other bedroom you can enjoy the benefit of waking up to gorgeous views of the estuary. Outside there is an enclosed garden with seating, allowing you to sit back with something refreshing whilst the children and dog play freely. There is also a small courtyard at the front which might be your preferred choice due to the commanding views of the castle and beautiful estuary. There is off-road parking for one car directly in front of the property, however there is also roadside parking available if required. The town of Laugharne is brimming with history and culture, as well as boasting an array of gift shops and tea rooms, and a local pub and mini market. Walkers will be delighted to know that the breath-taking Pembrokeshire coastal path runs close to the property, providing trails routes across towering clifftops and sandy beaches, which can be enjoyed alongside your canine companion if you wish! For an action-packed family day out, visit one of the five adventure or theme parks in the area, all within half an hour’s drive, such as Blue Lagoon, Heatherton World of Activities or Oakwood Theme Park. Laugharne is an attractive town situated on the south coast of Carmarthenshire, overlooking the wide Taf River Estuary. The town is also home to a striking castle where poet Dylan Thomas and his wife is buried, along with a selection of tea rooms, a traditional pub, gift shop and a mini market. Nearby is Pendine which boasts a seven mile stretch of beautiful flat sand, and a little further afield are the resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot.
