Large detached holiday home nestled on a hillside with views over Llantrisant town and out towards Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Perfect for a get-together of friends and family with spacious and open living spaces, modern fitted kitchen/diner, comfortable bedrooms and a south-facing garden with beautiful views. Hillcrest is well-situated between both Cardiff and the Brecon Beacons (20-minute drive in either direction), making it a great base for accessing city centre events at the Principality Stadium and Motorpoint Arena as well the stunning scenery and wildlife at the National Park. Talbot Green shopping centre is only a mile from the cottage and there are a number of popular beaches nearby including Southerndown, Ogmore and Barry Island.

Rooms: Ground floor: Kitchen/dining area with steps up to sitting room and lounge with Smart TV. First Floor: Utility room, bathroom and double bedroom. Second Floor: King bedroom with ensuite shower room, double bedroom and twin bedroom. 

Kitchen and utilities: Large, open-plan kitchen with double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and wash basin. 

Entertainment: Smart TV in lounge. Wi-Fi available.

For families: Cot available. Please bring your own cot linen.  Highchair and stair-gates not provided.

Outside: South-facing front garden with garden furniture and views across Vale of Glamorgan. Mature flower borders with large lawn and wildlife pond. Garden area to the east of house accessed via the garden path or from TV lounge. Rear garden with sitting area and pallet bar accessed via garden path or rear patio doors. Upper woodland area with fire pit and sitting area. Charcoal BBQ available. 

General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 2 hairdryers provided. Seasonal welcome pack provided. 

Pets: 2 pets allowed.

No smoking inside the cottage.

Parking: Private off-road parking for up to 3 cars.
