The house location and view is beautiful. The house is tired, although, the owner is obviously doing it up slowly. The bathrooms are new. The furniture in the bedrooms are old. There is clutter in the wardrobes, old duvet, even a bra was found in a drawer. Picture frames broken. The garden furniture is so old and rotten that the bench broke beneath one of the guests, resulting in her falling, backwards on the concrete. Could have been serious!! There was old dog dirt in the garden too. No instructions on how to use the central heating/heat pump.

A brilliant place to stay in Moelfre with fantastic views. Plenty of space for 6 adults and our dogs. Enclosed garden was great for the dogs and the Kimnel Arms, Ann’s Pantry & ice cream shop and local beach a very short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.
